President Barack Obama is proposing that the government give $1.25 billion to settle discrimination claims by Black farmers against the Agriculture Department.That's right Obama is now bailing out black farmers.
The National Black Farmers Association was founded in 1995. Today
the NBFA has over 94,000 members.So that is $876,987 per farmer. Not a bad retirement.
